Child proof caps?

Just opened my brief case to find my bottle of Fire and Ice laying on it's side, the cap off. What was a half bottle is now soaking through the fabric. Experimenting with the bottle I find I can just pull the cap right off. Not quite sure how this happened as I keep my laptop in this briefcase so it doesn't get thrown around.

Buyer beware - treat these bottles gently!

That's really interesting Spivey .... Was this a 15ml/30ml bottle or a sample 6ml bottle?

30ml. Like I said I'm not sure how it happened.

Hmmm ... Haven't ever seen one leak spivey. Inspect the cap and see if there is a crack in the lining of the child proof cap. That's the only thing I could think of that would make that happen!
