China instituting public smoking ban -- we need cigalike info

So, this would be a great opportunity to get some green- or blue- or purple- ended cigalikes into the hands of some Chinese officials. I'm not familiar with Chinese cigalike brands, anybody know details about them?

It would be win-win-win: Party officials get to keep their nic, public gets the message about Reduced Harm, the industry doesn't die there.

Maybe if people quit smoking they'll notice it hurts to breathe the air there! (Though the women already have a 96% non-smoking rate.)

Don't we have an ex-presidential candidate the could go over there and sell some carbon credits? I saw and smelled similar (not nearly as bad) pollution in the industrial areas around Sao Paulo, Brasil.
