China orders

I have seen most of you ordered extra atomizer from Chinese suppliers like ruyandirect, Did you receive the atomizer with letters/number on the battery end. I just want to make sure whether you can only see letters/number on atomizer with startup kit. Is it on additional atoimizer's as well.

I ordered 10 901 starter kits, 20 901 atomizers, and 10 901 batteries from ruyandirect.com and none of the atomizers have letters/numbers on the them.

Is there suppose to be a difference in the quality and duration of use with the true 901 parts? We've been using these and they work great.

P.S. I also have 2 901 kits from e-smokeytreats.com and the atomizers don't have any letters/numbers on them either and they're still working ok - going on 2 months now.

My assumption is if it has no serial# and SLB, it might not be quality tested. May be I am wrong. Probably wayne from ruyandirect can answer this question.

I got my 401 kit today (well, 2 401's b/c i got an extra atomizer, one for me, one for the wife)... for 40 dollars, that's pretty fricking hard to beat.

It took 5 days (mailed from China on the 8th, got it today, the 13th), even over the weekend.. actually was only a couple business days technically. Very impressed.

No problems at all but it DID require a SIGNATURE b/c once it hits US soil, it is treated as signature express delivery mail. I had to make a quick jaunt to the post office to actually pick it up b/c they tried to deliver it, but since i wasn't home, they took it back to the PO. I had tracking updates the entire length of its trip, which was very nice b/c i knew to expect it today to go to the PO, or else i wouldn't be posting this...

now we're just learning the ins and outs of the 401's. a bit different than the super minis that we're used to... better.... i dunno... different,,, yes...

I would say, currently, don't hesitate if you want to make a china order... Going to get some juice and more atty's just for these 401's b/c i don't want to be smoking the dark juices out of em, and that seems to be all we have left these days (555 is getting low :-(

I just recieved my RuyanDirect order.. blank carts, spare atomizers and 3 bottles of juice. I opted for the "cheap" shipping (only $6 USD on a $54 order). The order arrived in 11 days. Cool!... With the cheap shipping I was not expecting it that soon. Maybe I was just lucky?

Basically, yes, you do cut out the middleman.

And, don't forget that Eastmall has no shipping charge on orders at $200 or more, and has a points system....that point system and free shipping saved me $17.

OK people, liquid hasnt been declared illegal in practice anyways. I ordered some stuff from China including that because im scared of going back to analogs and am keeping my fingers crossed. I have plenty of e-cig supplies and hope they dont crap out on me, its just a shame that I have to even worry about a shipment with stuff that is legal, I mean what the heck, is nicotine on the same level as crack in peoples heads now? Sorry for the rant, im just in a thinking mood and decided to post right now

Placed an order with Ruyan a couple of days ago for liquid as well as 10 atomizers and 6 batteries.
They have been very good with the alerts, responding to customer comments, and emailed me shipping information.
I only hope for quick delivery but I knew when I placed the order it could take time.

I have a PO address in florida where then they ship me all my products to the US.

i have ordered like this always, over 100 things from amazon, and lots of stores. Never had a problem

My question goes, i never ordered something from outside the US and I red this customs things.

The product comes from China and then delivers to Florida. There they ship it back to me again outside the US.

Do you think the custom will not allow my product since I dont leave in the US? Do they call or you have to pick it up?

Good luck with the order. I throw in some spare parts with any juice order because I know prohibition is probably coming. This is kind of a test order for me because Id rather support domestic sellers. I just cannot stop spending money on these, no amount of e-cig stuff seems like it would be enough for me. Tobacco is a powerful substance, and these things were made to order to counter that which I am convinced that like for many of us, without e-cigs I would be a lifelong tobacco smoker til death do us part. No amount of money would be able to make up for such a life changing thing as this(for the most part anyways)

i do have a good way to keep atomizers running, so that helps with piece of mind. I'm able to keep them like new for, well so far indefinitely...

Good maintainence is key.

I'm learning the ins and outs of the 401. If you get/have a 401, make sure your cart seats on your atomizer, mine wasn't touching the atty and i wasn't getting good performance until i realized what was happening (push up the cart insert once assembled with the paper clip until it seats!!)...

i have a thread about it in the experiments with equipment section.

I use an acidic cleaner meant for laboratory use (very strong cleaner meant for ultrasonic baths), make a solution of it and drop my attys in, then clean them in an ultrasonic bath for an hour or so. The ultrasonic bath is key.. It's a lab grade sonicator, but i've seen some ultrasonic baths on the internet from 40 to 100 bucks (not sure how good they work, but same principle as mine)...

Works great so far, haven't bought a new atomizer since i tried this method...

The ultrasonic bath is key.. It's a lab grade sonicator, but i've seen some ultrasonic baths on the internet from 40 to 100 bucks (not sure how good they work, but same principle as mine)...

Simple ultrasonc baths can cost as little as $10 but I expect a world of difference in performance between home-use ones and a laboratory one.
