China orders

There has been some Holiday going on China for the last couple of days and some sites did post some delays as a result.

I've ordered twice from Ruyan Direct. Both orders came pretty quickly. The second order included 2 Disposable Ruyan Vegas cigars that came in a two pack in a fancy box. One Cigar was bad and didn't work. I didn't bother with trying to resolve this, as I paid much less for the two cigars together than I would have paid from a States-side site for only one cigar.

I find it interesting, I've also ordered 4 or 5 times form e-cig.com in China and have received shipments fairly quickly. On the last order I was shorted a couple of items and have not heard back from my two emails about this: but it was the Chinese holiday recently. Hopefully they'll respond soon.

I've placed many orders for e-cig items from the US, and I have been short-shipped numerous times with no explanation and it's taken months to resolve. I've also had orders in the states on back-order (without a word from the supplier) for up to a month. Surprisingly I've had a lot better luck with the China orders than I have had with some US orders.

Their supplies seem to be more plentiful and their prices are ridiculously low compared to some US sources. It is a bit of a crap shoot with China, though. If something doesn't work, you can't really count on any warranty claims, but with some of the prices so low, you can just write off any problems and still come out ahead financially.

I haven't ordered from Ruyan (yet) but I got a shipment today from Eastmall of 300 mls, all liquid, in record time!

I ordered it on the night of the 29th and it was here today on the 4th!!!

I have also ordered from Bestecigs with no problems at all.

No problems with Ruyan so far. I emailed them and ask if they had any packages that didnt make it through customs, and they said as long as you use EMS, they have had nothing stopped.

I just got my last shipment in from them on saturday.. 6 days total.. it was faster than some of the suppliers here in the states!

absolutelyecigs.com ships EMS with a flat fee of $15. Its $15 no matter how much you buy. Good for those panic buyers who wants to stock up.

I just received an order from Ruyans yesterday. It came within 6 days. My package was opened and the bubble wrap that my items had been wrapped up in, inside of the package had been cut open and restuffed back in the package , they did not tape up where they sliced open the inside packing but they put a small pcs of tape on the outside of the package to try to tape it back up. The package was not completely taped back up. (I guess customs isn't into gift wrapping).

It was just a small tiny order not even 100 bucks. But all in all, it got to me and quick. I guess customs just wanted a peek at my products. I was confident enough to place another order yesterday afternoon to give it another try. Great shipping and fast.

Anyway my order came this morning, 5 days in transit always, add 2 if it hits customs, always ems, from ruyan
ahh....testing 8 flavors to and luckyducky got 30 atoms and 11 car chargers-they sent an extra!!! Yeah one for me...

Remember, don't try to save 5 bucks for going for the HKpost that is just regretful.

Since yours handed over to customs, it will postpone by 2 days (most of the time, once mine was in for 4 days-that was in the begining and I was refreshing every 5 min, so much stress!!) Just sit back relax, since the track sometimes is delayed from realtime.

Still, you should get it 3 days max

I got an update on mine today. Shipped EMS from EastMall. I ordered on 4/26. Confirmation of shipment came from David on the same day with the EMS and USPS tracking numbers.

I really think the package going into Customs after lunch was a help (who does their job after lunch? LOL). Customs workers at 3:00 am? Would you be giving a rats ... about searching? ha I think I lucked out with timing!!

I can't wait to finally get my USB passthroughs and plug in my new Kensington... oh sh** I need to get it plugged in and charged up!!! Durrrr (and it's been sitting here for a week!). After that, I'll be standing at the front door all day so I don't miss the Mail (Wo)Man. I HAVE missed a delivery and driven the neighborhood to track them down and demand my package

I don't know what happened with the Ruyan order. There was no tracking information entered between leaving International Dispatch on the 10th and delivery to my door on the 4th. Considering the size of the package, maybe it got lost in the mail.
