Chipping black atty

I can't post in the new members area, but I just read this tip and thought it was worth repeating.

I have found that the glossy black chips more than the matte black. But the glossy black is easily fixable if you have black fingernail polish. QUOTE]

My husband has scratched up several black attys at work and they look aweful. What a great idea - I just happen to have black polish from my daughter's halloween costume!

I just finish removing the black paint and enjoy the stainless steel look.

Same here as sjohnson. They are easy to scratch the paint off with your thumbnail.

This just started happening to my attys. I started scraping with my finger nail but found it a bit messy, so I just stuck some masking tape on it and peeled it off until all the paint was gone. All the paint sticks to the tape. No mess.
