Chocolate Mint flavoring...suggestions?

Id love to get started on a chocolate mint recipe, but dont know really where to start.

Does anyone have any experience with Capella mint chocolate?

i havent , but maybe this will bump you up. i do know the handful of capellas i have tried i like good enough to use it as a single flavor. i usually dont but anyways, I do like to mess around with chocolate mint. i havent found my perfect combo of chocolate but i do like to start with TFA double chocolate , i like the dark one. then i mix it with other chocolates and vanillas maybe a drop of coffee in a bigger batch when im feeling brave. for the mint my favorite is the TFA mint candy. super strong but very good. just like the green mint part in a andies candies. more than a couple percent tho and it over powers everything, thats not always bad tho when your great chocolate idea doesnt work out
