I am running into a problem charging my battery. I just purchased this 1 day ago and I am using the USB cord plugged into my laptop to charge it and it says when the USB light turns green, it is done charging, and when the red light on the battery blinks 10 times it needs to be charged. Well the green USB light turns on when I plug it in and when I unplug it and try to vape, the red light on the battery blinks 10 times :(

anyone have this problem?

Explain it again. And did it ever NOT do this? And did it appear to charge correctly? Did the LED on the screw-in part of the charger turn red when you screwed in the battery and then went green when done charging?

Here are the typical times a battery blinks:
1 - when screwed into charger
2 - when almost out of power (usually the longest flashing)
3 - when you drag longer than its safety cutoff
4 - if it has an electrical short or sticky drag switch (like if you got juice inside of it). I do not recommend auto batteries. Manuals are harder to damage or kill with juice leaks. Totally sealed manuals are near-impossible to damage or kill with juice leaks. Manuals also make it easier to get a good hit.

I've found not to totally rely on the lights. I switched batteries a bit ago and pulled one off charge that was still red and I've been vaping with it probably 30 minutes with good strength. Sometimes when I put one with no pull on charge the light starts out green and within a few minutes turns red. I just keep two on charge all the time and switch out as I need to.

Although I prefer using the AC adapter with a USB port, you may try changing the laptop port you're plugged into and see if you get better performance.

Best wishes . . . you'll find what works!

Sounds like your Batt isnt taking a charge and is shot, I would also not use the port on your computer to charge Batts, why risk your computer board and even risk that. Buy a plug in to the wall USB or two of them and use these to always charge your Batts. If you have a wall charger also try to use that to charge your Batt, usually when a Batt does what your explaining the Batt is done in most cases. Check with what vendor you purchased it at and see if it is still under any warranty period, they may just end up replacing it for you, no matter what though use wall charging USB chargers instead of your computer, its just not worth the risk smoking the computer board or even blowing the USB port on your computer if there is any short what so ever., The Batt obviously isnt taking a charge as well, you may have gotten a faulty Batt or just a bad one to begin with if it's only 1 day old, or your port could be bad as is, get the wall charger. my 2c
