Choice one Subox or Provari?

Hey guys, I haven't been the forum since I got my first vape last year. The good thing is I LOVE how e-cig works for me. I have been smoking like 8 years and quit smoking last year when I started to vape.

Long story short, the first one I got is Kangertech E-vod which is good enough for a beginner. However, I want to try something more advanced, a bigger cloud, and higher voltage. Then I target on Kangertech subox.

But you know the more I look the more I am confused which is the same as last year. I was pretty sure I'm going to buy subox until I saw Provari. Provari looks fancy to me and I'm not going to lie that I enjoy holding a fancy vape on hand.

The question is , my budget is around $200 (including tank), and which one is more worth to buy? Or are there any better solutions with my budget?

The ProVari will either last forever or can be repaired if it ever fails. The Subbox is disposable. They aren't at all similar, so it is up to personal preference...
Seems like you just want to blow clouds, so ProVari probably isn't for you...

If you want the ability to blow some good clouds and have some fun building the Subox Mini Kit is pretty good. The benefit for you over the Provari will be subohm. While the Provari is technically subohm, the KBox Mini will go a lot lower. For the price it has everything you need to have a nice satisfying upgrade. I have the Subox Mini Kit and I like it. It's pretty well built. The Subtank Mini is solid, and easily my favorite tank, the new vertical OCC coils and the new RBA Mini Plus that come with the new kits are all good things. The best thing is when you get the Subox kit, pick up a decent battery at the same time and you're going to have everything you need to get started right off.

I've used a Provari 2.5 for over three years and love them. I just got the new P3 Provari a few months ago and equally love it.

However, if its "Clouds, man, clouds" you want then a Provari probably isn't for you. Keywords for a Provari are well built to last forever, dependable & reliable, and repairable if it needs it. If you desire flavor over vapor, then it's tough to beat a Provari and a Kayfun or cartotank.

Why Provari?

A Provari 2.5 can be purchased for as low $99. In the "Specials" section at Provape, a slightly blemished P3 for as low as $199 (normally $210).

If you wish to try what's called "sub-ohm vaping", understand that you won't be able to with a Provari 2.5 because it's underpowered and able to only power a 1.2 ohm or higher coil. You'll only be able to go as low as 0.5 ohms with a Provari P3.

For lots and lots of vapor, there are other options available which will better suit your needs.

With a year under your belt, if you're considering a provari, I say go it.
By next year instead of a subbox it will be a Tbox or something, but your provari will be your provari.

Bad!!! Actually, a v2.5 can fire down to 0.9Ω, but it's not happy there. It performs best over 1.0Ω.
