After making the switch from analogs only a week ago I decided on doing a good deed for my family and myself. I am giving my first ecig kit to my father (a smoker for over 40 years) to try. He seemed very interested and it was the first time I had ever heard him mention quitting smoking. Not that I'm going to start giving away all the ecigs I order...but everyone I know that smokes has seemed interested after watching what it has done for me in a week. It makes me feel great to know I could introduce the ecig to the people I love and maybe even change their lives.

Secondly...yes this is the selfish part I ordered a 510 kit from cignot, TW Patriot M/Borough and 9 flavors from Ms. T's Bakery.

Also just wanted to thank everyone at ECF for putting together an amazing forum. I have learned so much in such little time.

Good for you CF - glad your Dad is still around for you to give him the e-cig a lot of members on here cannot say the same and it breaks my heart when I read posts from members whose loved ones died of smoking related diseases and they lament the fact the e-cig wasn't around for them.

just as i was reading your post caffeinfreak, i was in the process of getting my 2 DSE084s ready for 2 of my co-workers who want to try them, having bought a evo and 501 for myself now.

i hope it will help your dad kick the habit. good luck to him!

Thanks everyone! I'm anxiously waiting for the 510 to arrive. Looks like it will be here Sat. which is perfect timing to stop by and give my father the low down on the dos and donts.

My excitement for ecigs has proven to be infectious and hope to turn more people on to it.
