Apollo is getting a chrome version soon. They had a limited run of stainless ones, but a stainless version is due for release in Europe within a month or so and U.S. vendors should be getting them before long.

There is also a Mk 1.5 coming out with a 3amp regulator, the capability to accept a protected battery and an ohm display. That also should be available in a few months. I'm not sure whether they will be avail. in chrome or stlss though. It's only described as "silver".

A few more refinements and the lavatube will be giving the Provrari a run for its money. I can see a LT coming out with all the features of a Provari, in stlss stl. for well under 1/2 the price. Something will have to give. Probably it will be Provari's price tag.

I wonder what Provari will do to compete.
I have just submitted correspondence to Provape regarding a concept that incorporates the superior performance of the Provari, but adds characteristics that are, yet, barely considered and will revolutionize personal vaporizers. If my request to Provape is granted, a prototype will be assembled and built for development within the next few months.

Plus, some people will still stick to buying products developed and manufactured in the USA when possible. :toast:

That is the main reason I bought the Provari. Count me as one of the "some people" that will always support American made.

loving the end caps on the SS.
If it comes with the new ver. 1.5(?) inners I keep hearing about, I'm picking that up even though I just very recently picked up the black ver. 1.

very nice. :thumb:

only wish the power button was silver... red kinda sticks out like a sore thumb on a silver body...

Completely agree on the power button. I think I will just cover my button with some buffed aluminum tape or silver leaf it.

I think I will just get the v1.5 in full and mini stainless when it comes out. have to draw the line somewhere.
