So I'll buy the chuck & adapter for 801 from Jeff & batteries & charger from amother site & I have atty & juice so thats it? Thanks all

If 801 is your primary atty, then you should probably get your Chuck as an 801. There have been some concerns with 510 to 801 adapters causing shorts.

That's what I'm talking about. I want one. Is the Chuck the one with the longest lasting battery of all the mods? How does the Chuck and SB compare in battery life?

Mods all take standard rechargeable batteries, not proprietary batteries. Both the Chuck and the SB are just battery cases that have a connector for an atty. So, it just depends on what type of battery the SB takes. If it will also take an 18650, then the battery life should be roughly the same in either device. If it takes a different type of battery, then you'd have to compare the two batteries.
