It is. There is a power cord underneath the chargers. Best yet, I got it on clearance for less than 9 bucks.

Where did u get the organizer

I got it at a Walgreens, but I have seen similar ones at places like Bed,Bath, Beyond (linens n things) You could probably try places like Target or Wally World too.
It is a home charging station, a search brings up all kinds of them.
