Cig-easy not so easy!

It depends what your looking for...If you post what you ordered, or rather what you want I or someone else could easily point you in the right direction..Many good suppliers on here, unfortunately a few ....ty ones...The worse thing you can do for them is make a big stink on the supplier forum...They don't want t lose their business or make their customers skeptical and may take you a little more serious...Try to get a refund rather than merchandise though, you got defective parts and no service, if they make no effort to fix the problem then they are not worth your money and frustration

Joye has alot of positive reveiws for newbies and all their threading is 510 (very universal), and are compatible with atties or carts..If youwant a cigarette style the Joye 510 is good but because of the smaller batteries the performance isn't quite there and the battery life isn't too great either..Everyoen thinks they want it to resemble a cig and then they realise it never really mattered and their only ripping themselves off of quality...I reccomend the eGo, and you can get it from cignot...Biger battery looks awkward I guess but I love the way it looks now and it's a great battery...I think Cartomizers are better with everything and would recommend Boges, and a great supplier for those is Crystal Clear vaping

Made recent purchase from Cig-easy; order not filled right and 1 defective battery right out of the box. Can't seem to get a response from cig-easy - sent several emails. Buyer beware! Will try another vendor - any suggestions?

Hey Mike, welcome. I'm one week in on vaping, received my CigEasy Eliite 808 9 days ago. One big problem is that their Elite user manual is based on the Cig "Easy" and not the Elite, so I ruined a carto right away. I wrote to them and told them about the problems in their manual but they didn't seem to be motivated to change anything.

I did find them responsive to my email about the problem, though they did not respond to my suggestion that they replace the carto I ruined as a result of following the instructions in their user manual. Once I got the Elite up and running I am very happy with it for now, tho I might change to an uber-strength battery in the future. I suggest that when you write to them you mention that you will be reporting to this forum with the results of your inquiry. If you can be more specific about your problem, perhaps I or a board veteran can be of more assistance. This forum is the best. Good luck!

Txs for the suggestions - I've been vaping on and off for a year or so - my needs are pretty basic - batteries, cartomizers and juice - looking for good quality batteries - (I've had a few DOA's and many with an unusually short life) - I must say, Cig-easy.com is the only supplier that didn't even try to service this customer. I'm past the frustration point and have written off the money I spent. I'll search the forum for a new supplier with good reviews. Thanks again

You must have been very persuasive to even get a reply from them. One of my batteries was DOA, didn't get 1 vape out of it, and they didn't send the"clear and easy tanks" - just trying them for something different - $$$ out the window. Wish I had donated it. Oh well, it's not the $$ so much as principle. When they can't even send a reply, makes you feel scammed. I know they're still around as I saw an August post. Thanks and good luck to you.
