My experience has not been good. Make sure you do a search of this company. Frank the owner is really bad about answering any of your emails. Some say his is ill. Perhaps. I will never do business with this company again.

I just got an Elegant kit, along with a pack of cartos & a case. Arrived in less than a week. I'm very happy with it.

I bought an Elegant Easy XXL and charger, around New Years and I have no complaints. I didn't buy the kit because I just didn't need all the stuff that went with it. The 1300 mah is a work horse and has been operating flawlessly. I use Nhaler jumbo cartos with it and can go a REALLY long time without having to charge or refill. Frank was easy to deal with, answered my questions in a timely manner(still does, when I have 'em) and shipped quickly. I would recommend this company, without hesitation but there's always gonna be some people who are less than thrilled, no matter which company it is.

I agree also that there will always be someone who likes/dislikes any company.
With that said I ordered both an Elegant Easy kit and also an extra battery with cartos...
Shipped quickly and I absolutely love the battery life... I can usually vape all day on one charge..
Frank always has answered my questions in a very timely manner...
