On 6/11/13 from cigabuy.com I was given the name of this site from tinydeals.com website when I got the live help popup box. I place an order. I paid them $28.36. On 6/14 their website still showed my order as being processed. According to their website if an order is not shipped you may request to cancel. I requested to cancel and got an auto response that I would be contacted with 48 hrs. Finally on 6/15 I used the live help box on the tiny deals website to get an anwser(I had to use the live help 2x to get a response) Finally she gave me a tracking number. I checked the china post website and it seems the tracking number was a valid number but it showed no shipment. Shortly after I finally got a response via email saying that it was to late to cancel the order as it was shipped on 6/14. On 6/17 I filed a Paypaldispute. The company didn't answer them and I escalated the claim on 6/18. 6/18 cigabuy/tinydeals gave Paypal a tracking number. Still on today's date 6/19/13 there is still no record of the item going out to the China Post mail service. I am under the belief that they used a valid tracking number and kept my money/goods. Now I am just waiting to see if Pyapl will refund my money. Tracking number RB235448041CN​

Finally after filing a Paypal dispute they show it being collected "today" when I checked the China Post service. That is 9 days after I ordered and paid for it. Mind you they told me it was shipped on the 14th. I am very frustrated. I will update when they get here(hopefully)
