Hey guys!

I gave up on the expensive mods and rdas and went back to a simple cigalike. Basically due to financial reasons.

Right now I have batteries from volt, which I heard were the best, but the cut off time seems so short. They say 5-7 seconds and that may be true but I take long drags.

Do they have cigalike batteries with long or no (I'm guessing no to the no due to safety) cut offs?

I've actually been satisfied with the volt set up with Carlos and the little tanks, I just wish I could take a nice long drag....

If anyone has suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

Manual or auto?
If manual, push button and hold till just before cut-off, release for a split second, push again (repeat if necessary) I like really long draws and this is what I do.
If auto, I dunno.
Yep that is what I do on my Ego/Evod setup. Get a good long slow lung inhale out of them that way.

sorry to go off topic but I remember you when you joined, you where building really low on your rdas! how does financial reasons make you go to cigalikes?

rebuilding is much cheaper than buying cartos, is it juice consumption? you can always build a .8-1.4 ohm single coil and keep your juice on check

I had a feeling it'd turn out like this...I just asked a simple question and wanted a simple answer. I'm happy with the cigalike right now. Been vaping over two years, started here, went up the latter like most. Had to sell it all. Now I have a cigalike that I actually enjoy. I just wish the cut off was...10 seconds. Or so. Would be nice. I'll do what you guys that actually replied to my question do or at least try

I could have sworn there are batts out there with longer cut offs but maybe not

I am assuming you have auto batteries then?
And not picking on you at all just curious as to why you would go back to cigalikes.
I apologize if I came across that way.

I have no knowledge of cigalikes but heard good things of the eroll and ecab.
a bit different is the Juul by pax, they seem expensive but I've heard that you can refill them
Another article on the Juul | E-Cigarette Forum

sorry I can be of more help, good luck man!
I have two e-roll sets, one of the older ones and a new one. Same thing really. Love it, but the atomizers go out within days sometimes. I can't afford to keep buying atomizers

That's why I got the volt batts with the cartidriges to get me by now until my juice comes. I have a little tank to fill wiith the juice purchased. Hopefully 25mg of this juice has a nice throat hit
. Then I won't need a longer drag. The 24mg pre-filled Carlos don't quite get me there

You need to read the rest of the thread. I went from a zero and multiple $150 atomizers to nothing. You wanna send me some cash so I don't need to vape a lowly cigalike?

Ugh, I actually enjoy it. Better than smoking, which I did for a whilE. You have no idea my story and what I've been through

If you want to use an automatic, send an email to vapor4life and ask them the cuttoff on their autos. I can't find that info on their website, but it may be longer than the volt you're using. I dunno. That's the only other auto I know of that might have a longer cuttoff. Could be more, but I haven't kept up with them.

I'm going to write this one off to lack of motivation.
I seriously doubt your goals and choices coinside with your budget. It is cheaper to use an Ego and a few bottom coil clearo's with an inexpensive choice of e-liquid.

Now to directly answer your question.
Cig-a-likes ALL use a cutoff to protect the Battery from overheating. average is 6-8 seconds.
The highest capacity I have seen for sale in a 510 configuration is 400mah, but the average is 180-260mah.
Longer draws simply mean shorter usable battery life, or more batteries needed.
