I'm doing well enough now to say that there is a good chance that I am done with cigarettes forever. :p

However, as an aside to my cigarette addiction, over the years I have a amassed a very nice and expensive collection of fine imported cigars. I am not addicted to them, tho. It's more of a social thing for me. I smoke maybe 1 or 2 per week.

Do you gentlemen who smoke/d cigars continue to smoke them, even tho you stopped smoking cigs?

I've burned a few cigars since quitting cigs, and it hasn't been enjoyable. At all. Frankly, they taste like poisonous crap now that my tastebuds are recovering. (Jeez I hope that is temporary!)

I'm also one to rationalize that since I am already going to smell like smoke from a cigar, then I might as well add a cig or two to the experience.

It seems a waste to give them away. I can't publicly sell them because...well, let's just say I can't. ;)

Two docs told me that it's obviously preferable to quit cigars too, but they don't worry as much about continuing to smoke cigars because I don't inhale them and I only smoke them outside.

What have you cigar guys done with your cigars?

No way i'm giving up my cigars.

Cigars aren't a habit smoke. I smoke them like I drink my scotch, slowly over time. I love vap'ing and I have completely given up analogs for it. But no vapor will ever come close to the complexities of a good cigar.

My collection might never grow anymore, but I will probably always keep a good 30-50 high quality cigars (down greatly as I have a humidor that holds 750)
