Hi guys,

Nearly two months ago I quit smoking cigarettes and switched to vaping. However, I still enjoy smoking the occasional cigar along with a glass of whisky. I do this about once a week - is this something that I need to worry about? Can you guys please educate me about the health risks of smoking the occasional cigar?

Thanks very much in advance for your replies!

All up in your grill..
If you don't inhale there are still some risks of oral cancer. With your use being relatively infrequent and assuming that you don't inhale the risk is likely considerably lower by comparison then many other traditional uses of tobacco. But there is still some risk. Also it is important to note that the use of nicotine in any form can be a contributing factor toward heart disease and stroke, later in life.
