Cigeasy's Shipping?

Hello all, a long time reader and first time poster here at ECF.
I'm just trying to gather some opinions regarding Cigeasy's shipping time.
I ordered the KR808 Elite (still am very excited to receive it and start vaping so I can toss these analogues away) roughly eleven days ago, and my residence from the HQ in California is not terribly far at all.

I hope I'm not the only one who has this problem!

It's been quite awhile since i ordered from Cigeasy- but when I did the shipping was pretty good. I think that the mail is slow this time of year (and tracking always leaves something to be desired) . Have you contacted Cigeasy directly?

i've placed a few orders with cigeasy and never had a problem - packages at my door in about 3 days........ customer service was fast too - i had a question about a product they responded right away......... it's the crazy season - drop them a line - they'll make it right

Make sure you really look your pv over when it arrives. They only offer a 1 week warranty.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
I have been staking out near by mailbox for a while now, and I think the postman is starting to get tired of coming to my side of town because my barrage of questions

I have tried e-mailing them directly as that was the only method of contact available on their site. I can understand that it's a crazy time for postage, but I'm starting to lose faith in a company I've heard so much great things about (and my order status stuck at "shipped" doesn't help either).

Just bought another pack of analogues after I checked the mail, too.

i ordered stuff from another vendor and its taking forever and i paid for faster shipping.. i guess its the time of year. in the shipment status is still says electronic shipping info accepted. which means they recieved the package and need to ship it... who knows.

I will be writing a review about it as well as document the entire unboxing process. Tropical-Hawaii style.
