My experience so far (two shipments) is that all the delay in shipping is post office with Cignot. I work a couple suburbs over from them, and I got both of my shipments overnight, in impeccable condition.
I have ordered 2 times from them, and plan to order more.

I live in Chicago and CigNot is somewhere in IL, If i order early in the morning i will get my items nextday!!! Always super fast shipping, good prices and service! I just SOOO wish she would carry a few more items and juices, i have since left the 510 and moved on to higher mods ( prodigy, protege, etc ) but i still use them for my Juices....Maybe some more juices, Some 801 attys and 510 attys?
Let me guess....the same place I'll be ordering from. Cignot is a great company and their ECOpure is better than the good stuff from "the other place". I've even read that "the other place" got a bad batch and if Mark would have just told me that (I realize things happen and I'm understanding of these things) I would still be buying from his company. I even liked the MLB*HIG that came in the 5 carts I got from cignot. I know by me not buying from "the other place" won't break them but in business, every little bit helps. Cignot, I'll be back, "the other place"....so long!!!
Cignot once again has their $35 510 no-box special: Included are 2 complete Joye 510 cigarettes (2 atomizers and 2 batteries), 5 prefilled carts (Marlboro high, I think), and 1 AC charger. Super deal, in my opinion, for the noobie on your christmas list...okay, for yourself.
They have some other 510 kits at good prices also. I think that's the only e-cig they carry, to tell you the truth!

I agree it would be great if they offered more options, particularly when it comes to the e-cig brands / models they sell.
But they have just about anything else I need: 510 atomizers, batteries, passthroughs, Ecopure, and a good variety of flavored e-liquids. Can't beat how quickly they turn around an order. I get the impression they're not very interested in going head to head with the bigger sellers. Of course, that's one of the cool things about the e-cig supplier community: there seem to be some mom-and-pop types of operations who actually care about their customers in a sort of old fashioned way. You hear that about other sellers as well, like the folks at Nhaler, for instance. I'll always try to support that if I can.
That would suit me. The selection has been widening, actually.
Hope they can build a bigger stock of 510 kits. I'm waiting for the next shipment to come in so I can order for my daughter's birthday. Gotta be soon or I'll have to buy from someone else.
That recent Chinese holiday shut down the pipeline for about a week.

Just ordered my very first e cigarette kit EVER! 510 with the pcc. Ill let you know how it goes. Ordered yesterday (sunday) and cant wait to get started. I ordered before I could find any reviews on the site but Im glad I did, Everyone has been saying how good the service is.

Cignot is lean and mean for turn around time.

They're actually doing that. They started out with just ECOpure (the downside of innovapor, imho, even though I like ECOpure) and now have added some joye pg juice and also some flavored ECOpure (ie other than the regular ethyl malto flavoring).
They're doing everything right. They have the 1000ma adapters - no one other than the Widow at one point - specifies the 1amp plugs because the 500ma charger plugs that most sell won't run a Passthrough. They have the PCC "kit" and the PT "kit" which is what one needs when you get either of those. Vicky and Terri are obviously 510 'users' so they package it that way. They've carried the flat tip carts and even packed them with PTB. One or both of them is reading this board and taking people's ideas seriously
I really only made my first order from them - I had everything - when I ran out of ECOpure Rich about a week ago. I grabbed some PTB carts just to see how they were doing them and am using them today. My earlier experiments with it were a complete loss.
If you mean widening their selection to other ecigs - going with the 510 is probably the best business decision they've made. They can't keep them in stock. The best thing they can do is get all of the 510 equipment they can. Focusing on one fairly problem-free product makes good sense.
I'm constantly amazed at how quickly those two ladies respond to EMAILs and orders. And when I had what I believed to be a problem.... quick replacement, no questions asked.

Cignot has been a good emergency supplier for me. Their lack of selection is a drag but I also think that they are 510 supporters so they tend to cater to that model.
