I recently purchased a Joye eGo kit from Cignot, and then later discovered that I could have gotten a better deal from other vendors. However, I was extremely impressed with how fast they sent the kit. I then realized that one of the batteries in the kit would only hold a charge for only a couple of hours so I sent an e mail to Cignot explaining the problem. Within two days, I received a new battery and a prepaid envelope in which to send back the defective one. So, while I might be able to find better deals elsewhere, I will continue to buy all of my products from Cignot because of their extraordinary level of service. No, I am not affiliated with Cignot in any way but as a fussy consumer I prefer to deal with companies that are as reliable, efficient and helpful as Cignot is.

I've always been very impressed with Cignot's customer service. I too will continue to deal with them even though I might be able to get a slightly better price on an item now and then. Good service goes a long way with me.
It's worth it when buying a pv to purchase from a good vendor. I bought my 510 from cignot and when I had an atomizer die they replaced it with a prepaid envelope. Very thoughtful.
