Yesterday I pulled out the second of my new attys since I had just cleaned the other one and started to vape. Nothing. Hummm. Well I thought it must be the battery. Changed batteries still nothing. So I sent Vicki an e-mail telling her the problem and also being truthful that I did not know if the warrenty was still godd. Well she and I exchanged a couple more e-mails trying to deciper the problem She thought she had it nailed down and told me to send the atty back and she would replace it. Which I did on Friday along with the tracking number for her. Boy did I get a surprise this morning. She had already sent me out my replacement without even getting hers yet. I just cant' even say enough about Vicki and her company other than your the greatest
