Not sure if this is the proper area, but had to post my sincere thanks and appreciation to Vicki at Cignot for saving what could have been a truly awful day and weekend.

This morning my USB charger broke (wire frayed and quit entirely), leaving me no way to re-charge my ego batteries until I could get a replacement, and at best I wouldn't be able to get a replacement through USPS before Monday. Sent an e-mail to Vicki, as we're both in the Chicagoland area she let me run out to her place and pick up a replacement.

Vicki and Cignot have always been great at quick and efficient service, and I've benefited from it in the past, but this vaults her into the realm of Guardian Angel, and I just wanted to thank her publicly because this truly was service above and beyond.
