I gotta say, after having a bad taste in my mouth from previous suppliers, I went with Cignot at the suggestion of a friend and guildmate. Vicki was quick to ship my order (same day as I ordered it, and my order was placed at 2:16pm est on Thursday and I received an email with my tracking number an hour later, got my Ego-T kit (one red, one black, one standard one with a 1000 mAh batt) on Monday. She was super quick to respond to my very noob questions in regards to cleaning (I hadn't found this forum yet, but she linked to it!) and regarding the covers that came with the item, very friendly and overall a wonderful experience, definitely will recommend and continue to use. Prices are IMHO reasonable especially considering the quality of service. I sent the question and got an almost immediate response via email. Big Big Thumbs up for Vicki and the others at Cignot!
