yes it is and so is Tribeca by Halo. I'm actually vaping Torque mixed with a some Belgian right now and it's sooo good. So glad I kept my tobacco sampler. Steeping made a world of differnce.

That's only one of the things I love about Halo juices - you can blend them and add a whole new dimension to your flavors.

Two of my tops as well and they mix really well.

Edit: I mix Malibu with SubZero or the Belgian. And Kringle's with Belgian. Really into mixing Halo these days.
