Oh btw I fially finished all of my Southern Classic, at the end of the bottle the flavor was perfect, so to truly enjoy it you must steep it about 3 weeks. Now I did help it by placing it in hot water then let it cool down and when ever I was at the computer I would set it by the fan un-topped .
