I think pampered bunny would taste much better than wild bunny for just those reasons. Rabbit stew for the wild one, a low and slow braise seems called for on that one.

Next time I will deff try it that way. Grandpa only cooked his one way. On the grill smothered in BBQ sauce. I put a rub on mine first and then grill.

Grilling tough meat gives up... tough meat. You can braise a saddle and eat it if you have enough time and liquid
