Nope, no damage is being reported. 4.0 is strong enough to rattle everything, including nerves, but won't do much damage. The biggest shaker we've had where I'm at was a 5.8 in September 1995. It did knocked stuff off the shelves in stores and such, but no serious damage and no one was injured. But we're in a isolated desert area with no tall buildings, or freeways and overpasses. I really wouldn't want to be anywhere in the Los Angeles area if a 5.8 hit.
