I don't but wanted to say that cinnamon doesn't get the credit it deserves in this adventure. My understanding from research is that cinnamon is a natural for smokers trying to curb the habit. I've been on cinnamon flavor from day 2. Not totally exciting because it's a general, paid for mix and not "special." I look forward to your answers.

Ok..I made this one earlier...I added the oil first and then the same amount of pga to help the oil disolve into the mixture. The flavorings are all Lorann's but the Hot Cinnamon candy. I am vaping it with a cartomizer to test and make sure the oil does not mess things up. So far so good ..been vaping about an hr now w/no problems. I also use a mix of 50/50 pg/vg mix.

sorry the recipe card did not paste too well..lol

sweet creations has a fantastic hot cinnamon. You can only purchase it online thru a website that sells items for lollipop making. Google sweet creations hot cinnamon flavor and you will find it. It's the only hot cinnamon flavoring i've found.

Hope this helps !

+1 When I saw the title of this thread, Sweet Creations Hot Cinnamon immediately popped to mind. A lot of people have really enjoyed the Hot Cinnamon vape I've made w/ this flavoring. I liken it to a Big Red. Cinnamony (sp?), sweet, yet still has a little burn to it, as well.

Here's my small batch recipe for 24mg:
- 36mg flavorless PG: 3ml
- VG : .7-.8ml
- Sweet Creations : 7 drops
- Everclear : 6 drops

I use the Everclear to thin down the VG a tad an also to help provide a slightly improved throat hit.

Thanks TnA....you are the very reason I found this wonderful stuff ! Thanks so much...Was wondering, what other flavorings have you tried of theirs...So far, the Hot cinnamon is all Ive tried, i ordered the sour apple but havent tried it yet.

The Sour Green Apple is delish! It's also another favorite of those who've tried! :D Good throat hit, good vapor, lots of flavor. Here's my recipe for 24mg batches:

- 36mg flavorless PG: 2ml
- VG : .5ml
- Sweet Creations : 8 drops

The only other flavor of theirs that I've tried is their Peach. Yech! Okay...to be fair, it isn't yech.....it just isn't impressive. For my peach vape, I stick to LorAnn's Peach.....much better tasting. :)

TNA, that Flavor source seems pretty economical, .5oz for $3.00?

From a consumer standpoint, I'd say so. ;)

What I like is that Sweet Creations flavorings seem to be pretty potent like LorAnn's (not quite as, but potent, nonetheless). On the other hand, the few Capella's flavorings I've tried did not seem as potent and the flavors did not impress me.

But do keep in mind, flavor is a very subjective issue, which is why I relate how other's have reacted to some of my mixes instead of how I thought they were! ;)

I have an order in with Capella, but I don't have Everclear on hand so can I just add a few drops of Vodka to help with TH? Will this increase the TH on all juices? Thanks

Hmmm....I have not tried using Vodka in any of my mixes, so I cannot say. I don't even think it has anything to do w/ it being PGA, I think it has to do with the alteration of the pH. So, vodka may have a similar effect in altering the pH which could change the TH.

I do believe it will..I use everclear..but others do use vodka

My point being that adding Pure Grain Alcohol does not, in of itself, guarantee increased throat hit. There have been previous discussion about pH levels of e-liquids and it is my personal belief that outside of the nicotine and the voltage that we vape at, the pH would be the next thing to try to modify for TH.

Which reminds me. I've never understood those forum members who discuss how adding menthol to their liquids provides them throat hit. After all, the entire purpose behind the menthol in menthol cigarettes was to provide a soothing effect.

TNA, when I first started DIY, I immediately went Capella's, as there seems to be a consensus on "funkyness" to some Lorann's flavors, and many having a chemical taste to them.

I've been pleased w/ Capella, especially Vanilla Custard, and their French Vanilla. The VC mixes well with all the fruit flavors, blueberry vanilla custard really nice. Fairies Finest has some nice flavors also, I like the cinammon and mint flavors there. But, always looking on the horizon to add some "go to" flavors to the mix.

I've been vaping about a 70/30 PG/VG mix, and finally down to 24mg NIC.

I agree with the menthol...to me ..and of course everyones taste is different...menthol smooths flavors out. I find it helps to add a small bit to flavors that tend give me a very dry vape..bubblegum is one of those flavors...for some reason that flavor is great but it dries my mouth and throat, so I add a small bit of menthol and that seems to help.
