almost a week of giving up cigs. i switched to vaping and love it. im using the new itaste mvp 20watt with a aspire mini glass tank. the flavor i like the best is through a local vape shop.(SS VAPE) im using there brand e-liquid. flavor is called cinnamon red hots.

I was reading that oil based flavoring is terrible for your lungs. So today im going to call to see what base is used.

does anyone know a good cinnamon eliquid that is water based flavoring that i can switch too? or is there a brand eliquid, thats all water based flavoring? i cant seem to find anything. thx for the help.

I DIY my own cinnamon e-liquid and it's one of my ADVs. I'm vaping it today.

I have yet to find a retail e-liquid that tastes good on the inhale AND the exhale. For some reason, the cinnamons always tasted weird on one or the other.

For my DIY, I just use Carolina Xtract nic, FNWL VG, and cinnamon from Medicine Flower. I put in 30 drops of flavor (pure, no carrier) to 30 ml of base and I vape away.
