I'd still like to know if there is any difference between a Cisco 510 and 306 other than the exposed bridge.

Obviously the 306 is cut down to the bridge...but if the internal parts are the same, tis what I want to know.

Here lately I've been finding good deals on the SLB 901 and 808 stuff (< $5 each). Good tasting/vaping atties.

I have tried 510s , 510 LRs, Cisco 306 LR (1.5ohm) and Cisco 306 LR (2.0omh) and I can tell you from my personal experience that on the Reos you will get the best flavor and vapor from the Cisco 2.0 ohm.

The 1.5 LR lose too much flavor for me. Unless you vape flavorless juice it makes no sense to lose flavor on 1.5 ohm.

The same goes for 510 LRs.

I vape mostly 50pg/50vg juice just for reference.

Hi Burnsie...well, I use both 510s and 306s. I have found that the 306s seem to have a more airy draw to them. However...they don't hold as much juice so you'll find that you'll need to "squonk" or squeeze the bottle a little more often. For me, it somehow brings some of the bright flavors out better and it also seems to be a warmer vape than the 510s. Not sure if that is what is really happening or if its just my perception. The vapor output seems to be the same. For reference I use mostly 100% VG juice and most of my atties are 2.0Ω because I vape sweeter juices. Hope this helps :)

If a lot of your juices are in the neighborhood of 80% or 70% PG and light colored, consider trying a Smoke Tech dual coil cartomizer on your Reo. You can bottom feed it every so often to keep it wet and the flavor and vapor are surprisingly good from a carto. Darker juices with higher %'s of VG tend to result in a gummed up carto within a day or two of use.

Those are my observations, anyway.

I agree with you about the cisco 1.5 306. It does seem to kill some of the sweeter juices that I got but it worked great on my black jack mild. Well, until my drip tip burnt up

Cisco LR510 1.5 is quite diff. than the LR 306 1.5 as well as the LR 901 and LR 801 1.5. All taste diff. with the same juice used. Some juices do better on the 510 then the 306. Some better on the 901 or 801. All in all the 306 is going to be stronger and hotter. I use the 306 whenever I can followed by the 510, 901 and 801. The 801's I cut down 1 1/4 " for a stronger taste and better vape. One would have to try each one to determine what they like. Everyone is different.

If I had a choice of Cisco's at 8.99 each or Joye's at 3.99 each - I would buy the Cisco. I can tell a difference, YMMV

That would explain why my cartomizers did not like the 70% VG juice much. They did last a week but you could tell after a few days they were gumming up or something.

A quick cleaning will bring them back tho, been using one for dark tobacco/cigar flavors and have to clean them every 4th day or so.

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but it might help the OP. What makes the Cisco LR 306 better than the Joye LR 306?

Better flavor, vapor, and draw .... IMO
Plus in my experience the Cisco last longer, well worth the money.

I'm not much of a 306 guy though. I only buy the Cisco 2.0Ω those rock.

hmmmm, I like the warmer vape I get from the LR 306. I tried Ciscos LR 2.0 and the vape was cold in comparison. My first LR306 was by Joye, and when I first vaped from it it blew me away. That atty lasted nearly two months! Then I tried the Cisco LR306 and gave me the same great vape that I got from the Joye. I didn't notice any difference between the two, except in my wallet LOL
