Cisco lr atomizers?

Can anyone tell me where to pick up some cisco lr 306's and 510's? All the usual places I order from seem to be out of stock and it seems like there getting harder to find. One supplier told me that Cisco wasn't pushing them to other suppliers anymore, so what's the scoop?
