I don't believe that CD will help our cause & CASSA has even noted this.

It's not quite like the sit-ins back in the 50's or 60's & may cause more harm than good.

Instead, I took a CASSA survey to help, giving my story of how I managed to stop smoking, with as much detail as possible. To make it more legit, I included my name. email & phone number.

I've been following CASSA's advise on this issue. There's a lot going on in the behind the scenes that we don't know about.

That was a good read, and lengthy too lol.. I have toyed around with the idea of CD myself, but have never been able to think of something appropriate to do. The paper did a great job of explaining what the ramifications of a poorly executed CD can do for the cause overall. I like the idea of secret CD the most.. I would love to figure out a way to sneak into the office of Stanton Glantz and get a pic of me vaping at his desk :p
Also, the girl by name of Jredheadgirl in the comment section just doesn't get it. And there are many like her. I am all for the rock star look and "expressing" oneself, but the majority of society cant take a person seriously when they have holes in their earlobes and tattoos all over their neck. I found that out quick when I had half my face pierced as a teenager :p Regardless of whether its wrong to do so, that sort of thing gets judged negatively and becomes counterproductive to whatever goal that person was hoping to achieve.
