I have a quick question about the line in classified ads that states: paypal no mention of e-cig.

What is this for?

PayPal does not allow the sell of tobacco and they've clumped e-cigs in with it.
If you mention it, YOU and the seller could lose your account there.

Thanks for the quick reply. That seems obtuse. Are most of the classifieds below the stickys placed by USA sellers?

Yes. There is a separate section for Canada and UK, the main classifieds section is primarily US sellers/buyers
