Clean Cig LED flashes ten times

I am new, 1st post.
I bought two of these disposables "Clean Cig" about 10 days ago, and one of them appears to be fully charged, but when I draw through it, the LED flashes ten times.

Anyone know if that means something other than file 13?

And it doesn't work? If it doesn't work than battery is dead probably. Or it may be locked. Try to press the button 5 times in a row.
