clean nic, not peppery

DISCLAIMER; i'm a high nic user. i'm also a sub ohm dripper/squonker. so a better delivery simply isn't going to happen. i vape @ 36mg/ml and above. i have a high tolerance.

THE POINT; been using wizard labs for my base. though, i'm considering flavorless. i can taste the pepper in my flavored mixes with my high nic. when i mix for others, the pepper doesn't come out since the nic is lower. anyway, i don't like the pepper and was hoping to find nic with the same quality and taste minus the pepper. experienced opinions highly appreciated. thanks in advance.

I'm in the same style as you. High nic, low ohm chain vapor. I just got a lead on some nic that is suppose to fit the bill this week and just placed an order. The recommendation came from a well respected member of the community who is known for their technical expertise and testing. My criteria was the same about the peppery taste. I'll PM the link and let you know how it works out. It's a little pricey but I do not mind if it does the job. Enjoy the day!

Just got my third order from Nude Nicotine, it's as clean as I have ever tried. Good TH and no pepper at all.

By it's nature, nicotine has a peppery taste ... and the more nicotine in the juice, the more peppery it's going to taste.

I am no expert, but as far as I see it ... nicotine is nicotine no matter what brand you buy.


I just can't see that the peppery taste is going to be any different from brand to brand of unflavored liquid (as long as the nicotine content and PG / VG ratio is the same in all of them).

So, as far as unflavored nicotine juice is concerned (PG or VG or a combo of each) ... Do you have any idea if unflavored juice where the nicotine comes from China is going to be any less or more 'peppery' tasting than if the nicotine in another suppliers unflavored juice was produced in the US?

Honestly, I'm not sure the country of origin makes a difference. My understanding is that the difference is in the processing. For example, WL was selling a version of nic they called Ice. I believe they sourced the nic from the same supplier (I could be wrong) and their regular had more "pepper" than Ice.

I just received some UK sourced nic that is very smooth. I found the vendor on Facebook. This nic was so smooth I could lung hit it at 16 mg and never coughed up a lung. I'm not getting any Nicorette taste.

OP- I'd be keeping my eye out for the guy complaining about his base being too peppery @ 6mg/ml @ 100VG.

I noticed major pepper and TH recently when I went from 50/50 12mg/ml to 100PG 18mg/ml. Funny thing is, I got perfectly used to it in 3ml and don't notice it anymore.

Of the nicotine bases that I've tried, Nude Nicotine is by far the cleanest. Very mild throat hit with no imparted flavor.
