cleaning attys and carts

how often do you all clean the attys and carts? I have a 510, i heard every other day or so? Also the prefilled cartridges that came with my 510 made me sick (were high nic) so its ok if i pull out the filler soak in alcohol to remove the crap thats in there? Would love to hear what ya all do and any advice you might have.. thanks!

As for the carts...back in the day when I used them, I would take the filler and simply rinse it in water. There are a lot of alternatives to the stock filler that can be used as well, so once it's junky, go ahead and toss it.

As for the attys, it depends on how often you are changing flavors, and your vapor production. Some juices cause more buildup than others on the coil, so there is no real definite answer. I usually clean mine every 2 or 3 days.

I never clean my atty's anymore. When I first started out I would blow them out eveynight but that was to much of a hassle to get going again when I would wake up. Even though I dont clean my atty's ever they last me for what feels like forever. As for carts I use the blue foam in them and around every 2 weeks or so I throw it out and replace it. I rinse the cart out with warm water. Just my way of doing things, everyone with have there own method. Hope that helps
