Sometimes my e-cig feels like it's not hitting completely. Like cold clean air at first, then it heats up and I start to get vapor. It vapes only 75% of a drag. Sometimes it doesn't hit at all even though the blue light is lit up. I've noticed the crevices of the battery has dirt or something in it. Possibly collected with the leaked liquid that gets down there. Is it possible this could be the reason why it isn't completely hitting like it was when I first bought it? I can't test this theory because I only have 2 batteries that both have a little gunk on them.

I use a halo g6 with a fairly new mini-tank if that helps any

Yes, it is very common to sometimes get a drop of juice on the top connector of your battery. Very important that you keep this area clean. I use qtips and pipe cleaners. Occasionally, you may have to lift the connection button up, or clean around it with something "sharpish" to get the button to lift. You are probably not getting a "clean" connection, which will affect your device as you have described. The juice can get on the battery, but don't allow it to stay on the battery. Certainly check it after each tank carefully and clearn as required. This juice/gunk can eventually kill your battery, so you have to maintain it. Good luck.

Halo and other 808/ego type batteries are a little harder to clean. I put some isopropyl alcohol into a small bottle cap and dip the connector side of the battery in it...then scrub it with a child's toothbrush. Repeat until clean. Many times I also use a toothpick to clean the holes and in the tiny spaces.

I also find that the mini tanks (T4) can gunk up with some of my juices and need to be flushed and dry burned. This is the number one reason why I sometimes find a lack of flavor or vapor. What you are describing, like it takes a few moments to heat up, leads me to believe that the coil is coated with burned gunk that needs to be burned off. Just my :2c:
