Cleaning ECHO-E Cartomizer

I was given a single coil ECHO-E stainless steel cartomizer, just wonder if there is any way of cleaning this carto?

For cartomizer normally i would rinse it with tap water and blow out the juice+water inside so to minimize the juice or residue inside,then i would put it in boiling water for about 5mins and rinse with tap water,blow out the excess water and repeat step for 3-5times.Then let it sit for 2-3days,nature dry.As good as new
