I'm still so new to vaping, that I'm not even sure how long one of the eGo-W tanks is supposed to last. I'm seeing the stardust clearomizers have an expected life of 3-6 weeks though. Would it be comparable?

In any case, I've been using this one (pic below) for just under 3 weeks now and found a YouTube video on cleaning them with a method that's working very well for me. Just dissembled, cleaned and reassembled it for the third time. Refilled, had a few puffs and it's back to clean and yummy vapes. No leaks, even after repeated cleanings. The process takes under 4 minutes from start to vape. The video instructions are here: how to clean eGo-W.mp4 - YouTube

Does anyone else have a favorite cleaning method?

Where did you get it from?

I got it from ecigaretteb2c[DOT]com/ego-w-electronic-cigarette-kit.html
(replace [DOT] of course)
Opted for the upgrade to 1000mAh batteries and I'm delighted with what I got. Then again, I have nothing to compare it to. It came with two complete atomizers, wall charger with USB cable, and filler bottle (necessary! or you can use a syringe, but forget about filling from dropper bottles). Paid under $35 for all of it, and it shipped for free. Had to be patient as it came from overseas, but it was worth the 2.5 week wait!

I found a cheap source for replacement tanks too (under $3 apiece, free shipping) but haven't received that order yet, so I'll get back to you on that. Ordered a vision stardust clearomizer to try on it today. Hopefully I'll have it early next week.

You betcha... but once again, I haven't received my shipment yet, so I'm still careful about recommending. Caveat emptor! I bought a lot of ten to start.... if I'm happy, I'll be getting them in bigger batches and stocking up. You save more if you buy more.

And, oh yes.... I forgot to mention, these are the ones with the LED in the tank (red or blue) so the capacity is slightly reduced, but they'll be soooooo purrrdy lol.... You have to buy a lot of ten, and they work out to $2.90 each, free shipping:
vaporhawk[DOT]com/lastest-led-light-ce3-ego-w-f1-atomizer-10-pieces-x-29-usd-each-free-shipping-worldwide,name,102948,auction_id,auction_details

Here, the same seller offers lots of 20, and they're even cheaper at $2.55 each...
vaporhawk[DOT]com/led-light-ce3-ego-w-f1-atomizer-clearomizer-20-pieces-x-255-usd-each-free-shipping-worldwide,name,102950,auction_id,auction_details

This seller also offers the non-LED containing tanks... just browse through her other products to find them.

And I have a question for you too! How long are you finding your tanks last? Or have you had it long enough to get one to the point where you no longer want to use it? I'm trying to figure out if I'm "doing it right" and getting proper life out of them... but also don't want to try to overdo it and sacrifice enjoyment unnecessarily.

I don't regularly use the ego-w tanks for e-liquid, rather for other concentrates ;D so I'm not really sure what to tell you about their lifespan.
My favorite are ce3's so far and these are a great find since the other ego-w tanks I had were ce2 based. Ce3's last me about a month or two if I'm lucky but these ego-w tanks seem more durable than regular clearomizers
