Just ordered this
Long Wick Vision Ego Cartomizers

Will these things leak?

First off, good choice....

Cartomizers don't have wicks(AFAIK) but if it is actually a "clearomiser" I gotta say the only time I've had a little leakage is if I used a straight PG mix. overfilled the clearo, or if the rubber cap didn't seat down on top of the wick properly after I'd had it apart for cleaning. My personal preference is short wick 2.8ohm resistance for these.

Aside from dripping, it's the only thing I use nowadays. YMMV.:vapor:

Looks like everyone answered the questions, good work :)
I was just wondering what mix PG/VG youre vaping? I like 50/50 for the pretty clouds but quickly found the ce4 types useless. vape off all the PG (most flavors are pg based) and end up with a thick flavorless goop. Tried ce3s aka phoenixes & bottom coil rocked my world. Really hoping vision (or someone) makes a bottom coil vivi style tank with swappable heads, I'm buying 3 if they do!

Here is exactly what I got
http://www.sweet-vapes.com/shop?pag...color_plus.tpl&product_id=1204&category_id=38

I have a ego clone I just got last friday
After giving my mom the blu
She Likes it enough I'm giving her my old gear
if she likes it I will get her this as well

Yeah, they are clearos in the pic. Cartos are not see through where "clearos" generally are,
hence the name....clearo. Some say tomato others say tomaatoe...same basic thing though.

Congrats on the step up and to your mom for giving a healthier choice a try.

Now add a Mini Vivi Nova with the other two and the heads are all interchangeable!

I have not had a Nova leak after a month of use (more than I can say for the previous Star Dusts). My next order will include the Mini and the Star Dust with changeable (interchangeable, actually) heads.

The Nova works GREAT but the mini will be a better fit (for looks) with the eGos, Twists and iTastes.

Since you are in Canada also...can you tell me where to get these Mini Vivi Nova tanks WITHIN Canada? I need to order them asap if they fit the eGo-C Twist and eGo-T as you've said. Sounds great!

Mini ViVi Nova is a bit more expensive, but it looks nicer than bigger one, and still holds more than Stardust.
Now I'm in trouble. I'll end up spending more than I did on analogs... But it is so much better :)
I hope my wife will go along with me on shopping spree...

I'm sure if you just REMIND her that spending money on THIS stuff is keeping you from spending money and smoking the REAL cigarettes...which is in turn keeping you ALIVE longer so you have more time to spend together... spending money :)

Here's a link. The 2.0 ml is the Mini, 3.5 is the Vivi Nova 2.5.

Just wanted to add that there are rebuildable vision/stardust eGo clearomizers out now too for ~$7. stardusts clearomizers are sleeker and lighter than mini vivi novas with 1.6mL labelled but you can fit a bit more in there. mini vivi novas are single coil, 2.0mL tanks. I had slight (1-2 drops) of leaking with the stardust every once in a while, but none so far with the mini vivi nova. with the mini vivi nova, you will need an ego thread cover thing, but since they are 510-threaded you can use it with other non-ego equipment. I think clearomizers are actually cheaper because the heads are only ~$3 and they should last a month. The mini vivi nova set are be purchased for $12, which includes a total of 3 heads (2.8, 2.4, and 1.8 resistance I believe). No matter how you look at it, it should be cheaper than purchasing cigarettes.

For DCT, they are just regular cotton-polyfill cartomizers in a clear tank, but they have two coils. I have personally found that clearomizers outperform cartomizers as I noticed that cartomizers have a significant drop off in performance as the juice gets lower, and I found after a 2-3 refills performance drops so much that i usually just throw them away by then.

For e-juice ratio, I have heard that 70/30 is the best ratio to have to prevent any issues that the extra thickness of VG might cause gunking up stuff. I think if you clean your clearomizers, there shouldn't be a problem with 50/50 though I have never tried it.
