Cleaning Mode QUESTION

I have read a few posts about ecig going into cleaning mode and to hurry and unscrew it. Is going into cleaning mode a bad thing? Im not sure I understand. Thanks for any info.

The cleaning mode can be bad because it has the possibility to overheat the atomizer bringing it to an early grave. It can also be beneficial because it burns off all of the gunk that builds up inside.

So in the short and skinny... its both a good and a bad thing. Personally if I see the cleaning mode start, I unscrew the battery, but if I miss it, I really don't worry about it.

Thanks, I heard mine sizzle today and it first started blinking, I didn't get a chance to unscrew it it happened so fast. Not sure if thats what was going on or not, I was afraid atomizer was fried but it's ok.

It is sizzling like that because the cleaning cycle heats it up very very quickly to a temperature you normally wouldn't get it to through normal vaping.

If you can catch it, unscrew it, otherwise it isn't a big deal.
