cleaning new cartomizers?

howdy all, quite new to vaping

so I bought a cig2o and have been doing very well at not smoking the "real" ones.

but the flavor choices at the store suck, and I ended up with some carts that I just cant vape.

I read a bunch and found instructions on cleaning out used ones, so I did the plunger thing with vinegar, then boiled them twice they are air drying now...

Will they be ok to fill with a new flavor? i don't want to waste juice...

Well after you do all that, and make sure it has dried completely, fill up with e juice again, but first few vapes won't taste as good, it will take a while to get back to "normal". Best way to clean it is just soak it in warm water over night and rinse well afterwards and than shake to get as much water as you can get out of it than let it dry for a two days.

Pbusardo had a detailed youtube video a while back on cleaning boge cartomizers by boiling. It didn't work when I tried it but I am also very impatient and probably needed to let them dry longer. Blanks are cheap enough that I don't think it is worth the effort for me.

yes i know blanks are cheep but i bought two 5 packs of pre filled and just hated the flavor... i didn't want them to go to waste
