Cleaning/Polishing Mods

Hey everyone, I would like to know what is the "'best", safest and most effective way to clean/polish my mods. Its Brass on Stainless steel. Also, is there anything to remove small/minor scratches?


What do you use/recommend?
Any tips/tricks on cleaning/polishing it?

I use never dull a drill metal polish cloth and disposable cartomizers Screw the carto on to your mod. Slide the carto into the drill chuck. Tighten down and I use it on medium speed. Works great on my brass mech

For dirt and tarnish, I like a good old fashioned "wadding polish". It comes in a can, and is pre soaked into cotton batting. It's oil based, so wipe down with a soft clean cloth afterwards.

For small scratches brasso or flitz are about equivalent, and are hard to beat without getting into serious abrasives.

If you want to be ridiculous, you could get some jewelers green chrome rouge.
