Cleaning the juice well aka ego-hole?

OK Q-tips don't fit down there. How is anyone cleaning it out? I can't get anything down in the well to do a regular cleaning of that area.

Push a piece of tissue down there with a toothpick or safety pin. Or try a pipe cleaner.

I tried a pipe cleaner didn't pick up much. Tissue left a lot of debris since it gets ripped up. Is it safe to put an alcohol wipe down there?

Sorry if you did this already - I'm not sure how you tried - but did you wrap the tissue around a toothpick, just one layer, and then gently slide it around the well?
