Q-tips. I keep a big box right next to all my juices and clean the connection everytime I change a tank.

And if you have an ego or another battery that the same connection screws into the battery charger, it's important to always clean it prior to charging, as any liquid will eventually clog up the charger, and it's a lot harder to get it out of there, and the build up will make the charger stop working.

I never got the QTip thing - seems to just smear it around.
I tear off little pieces of paper towel...

For the air tube, I bought pipecleaners, cut them into clearo length (fourths) - and have a big stack of clearo-tube-wiper-sticks.
When there's any gurgling, or if I goof while filling, those come in real handy!

I twist the corner of a paper towel and then sort of twist it into the connector to mop up any stray juice. Once a month, I'll also use a q-tip dipped in alcohol to clean the threads on the 510 and eGo connectors of all my mods. Dirty connectors make for bad contacts, and mods work better if all the connections are cleaned regularly...
