Changing my answer - you said CARTOS

Spin the juice out first - search Youtube for Reverse Taryn Spin
I do not use that filling method but I do use the reverse spin to get juice out a prefilled carto.

That will not get out all trace of the juice though. If you need it all out then you'll then need to use one of the cartomizer cleaning methods and then try to dry them well, then try refilling. Or since the cartos were never used, I might be tempted to try pouring pure grain alcohol or vodka through them then spin again to get that out, then dry them somehow.

If the cartos are sealed, why not ask the vendor if you can return them in exchange for blank cartos?

Okay, now you guys have me asking a question. I might be nuts but, I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about pre-filled cartomizers. As far as I know regular carts don't come with nic in them. So, can you actually replace the stuffing in a cartomizer? Do regular carts come with nic? What am I missing?

Ignore the filler suggestions - you cannot remove and replace the filler from cartomizers. I originally also misread your question as being about carts (cartridges that push onto an atomizer) but I fixed my answer above.

Make that two of us...sorry...

We was confused. Swore it said carts before, or in my mind it did since it's a new 801 and I expected it to say carts.

No - in general you cannot replace the stuffing of cartos. You can can take the stuffing out of some cartos then use it for dripping. You cannot put new stuffing in cartos.

And in case there is any other confusion going on here

cartridge = cart = the plastic and stuffing push-on part of a 3-piece ecig (battery+atomizer+cart)
cartomizer = carto - the screw-on combined cart w/ internal atomizer of a 2-piece ecig (battery+carto)
