I just discovered this information as it was nowhere on their website. They only mention their Orlando office, which is only a few hours from me, so when I realized I needed a new M401 atomizer and my favorite shops were out of stock, I gave CleanSafeSmoke.com a chance. I figured this would be an easy, fast purchase.
Four days later, still nothing has arrived even though I paid over $7 for "Global Express Mail". That should have been my clue I guess, but I just figured they wanted a standardized shipping for any orders in the world. It was certainly never mentioned that my order would be shipping from anywhere but Orlando.
After four days with no tracking number and no product, I used the site's ticket submission system, and to their credit they responded promptly, claiming that I should automatically receive the tracking number "shortly" and then helpfully actually giving me the number in the same email. When I plugged it into the tracking site I realized why they were avoiding sending it to me. My order JUST left Shanghai yesterday.
Weak sauce, as the kids say.
