Some really great sale prices! I've ordered a couple mods at 70% clearance, one was the:

50W Heatvape Defender II 50W Heatvape Defender II VV/VW Mini Box Mod W/O Battery

It arrived last week, on Feb. 3 to be exact. I was happy with it at first. But unfortunately it has problems, maybe is a lemon? Here's what's going on with my Defender II:

1. It sporadically does not work correctly. Sometimes pressing the fire button does nothing. Sometimes pressing the fire button works okay initially, but then cuts off (before the 10-second cut-off time limit) while button still pressed.
2. It also, when it fires, does not always put out steady power!
   (even with fresh fully charged LG HG2 batteries). This problem is as I say, sporadic, but getting worse. Sometimes the vape it produces is so light and anemic it seems not to be putting out full power. To make sure the "light anemic vape" was not any problem with atomizer, I switched my atomizer over to my iStick TC40, and at same watts setting that atomizer vaped perfectly on the iStick! Switched it back to Defender II, and it was back to sporadic anemic vape.
3. Today when switching out battery, I looked inside the Defender's battery tube and noticed what appears to be orange colored "blotches", like rust spots? Also a bit of white looking discoloration in one spot.
4. On the outside (and this is a purely cosmetic issue), I noticed the top is showing "scuff wear marks" around the area where the atomizer sits. I can assure you I never torque my atty down tight. I don't think after only 5 Days of use, chrome finish should be wearing off so quickly.

That cosmetic issue (#4) is not a major issue, even though it really should not show such signs of chrome wearing off so quickly.
The FUNCTIONAL issues detailed in #1 - #4 are however a major problem. A mod which does not perform consistently, and works correctly only sporadically, and has only been in use for only 5 days -- is not a good thing.

I have used the Chat feature at heavengifts.com and was told to "send them a video" to customer service. @AlmightyEvan , I hope you can be of assistance here... How does one go about creating a video of the problems I've described, which happen sporadically and inconsistently? That seems almost impossible to do. Or is there something else to do? Some way perhaps you can help?
