Clearo vs carto

Im wondering what the difference is between the two. I understand how the clearos work and I like them. I have a couple of iclear 16's and I just got a kanger protank 2 but I have no idea about the cartos. Can you guys help me out

Cartos or carto tanks work very well if properly primed.
